domain name. Your ftp username is
your domain name | your domain name. Your password has been reset and is the same for both the control panel and your ftp login. Please contact us at support@indotek.com. Put your domain name in the subject line and we will send you your password. Please also note that webmail is not currently available on our new server. We are looking into webmail options at this point. If you need to have webmail access now, the only remedy is to setup an email address with forwarding in your control panel ( http://neptune.indotek.com ).
